This Dunkin' is pretty speedy and always accurate, but I hate the fact that there is no easy access from the opposite side of dual highway. If I want to grab a coffee in the morning I am always on the wrong side and it takes me a few minutes out of my way with having to pass the actual store and then when you exit you have to go the opposite direction to do another u turn.
Some staff was super nice, but some are clearly unhappy to be there. The food and drink is definitely up to DD standards, but for the other reasons I took stars off. -

Normally the only good Dunkin' Donuts in the area however I had a horrible experience today. Went through the drive through and the women couldn't hear me and told me to speak up (even though I was talking loud enough to begin with) so I talked a little louder so she could hear me. I then go to the window to pay and the women was completely rude when I was paying and she handed me what I purchased. When I started to drive away she then was really professional and called me an asshole... really great customer service, but what more can you expect out of Hagerstown. Get a new job anything interacting with people obviously isn't for you

If I could give half a star I would. Went in today (a Thursday) around noon and despite them having 5 workers nobody could get helped in the store. It seemed they were more concerned with online and drive thru orders. Ordered two coffees... iced and I honestly can't even drink it. I tried to get someone's attention to ask for a cream and they would just look right past me. I threw them in the trash on the way out. They had a sour burnt taste. Everyone in line and waiting couldn't help but talk about how horrible the service was. Will not be back to this location.

Terrible customer service. We waited in a drive through for over 20 minutes for them to screw up our orders. We asked for 3 almond milk lattes because we had people with lactose intolerance in our party and they confirmed that we had almond milk lattes. Once we got up to the window after waiting 20 minutes, we asked again to confirm if they were almond milk and they said no and that we hadn't asked for almond milk. They seemed like we were inconveniencing them when we asked them to remake them. Since we had already paid and they offered no apology, we waited over 30 minutes for coffees.

The coffee was really strong, (don't like coffee flavor) all syrup at bottom drank big glob of syrup because not stirred up. I know there was not 5 shots of caramel swirl because I buy coffee daily from DD I'm Frederick. The coffee was horrible strong gave me a headache. The four breakfast sandwiches were dried up and burnt. The breakfast fries were cold, hard and burnt. $1 for 6 little black hard disc called a potato, did not even fill up half of the bag. What a waste of $31!! Three of four coffees were trashed because they were so bad!! NEVER NEVER again!! This DD is horrible, BEWARE!! Save your money go to Starbucks, Starbucks is never a disappointment!
